An Aera has a payload maximum of 3kg as standard. Heavier payloads require individual consultation.
Can you fly in wind and rain?
90% of wind conditions (in the Netherlands). That includes rain and 30 knots of wind, off-shore and over land.
What is the flight time, range and top speed?
Aera can travel up to 100km on one charge. A typical flight time is 60 mins using a cruise speed of 100km/h.
What is VTOL, UAV, BVLOS?
VTOL means vertical-take-off-land, basically; it doesn't required a runway, it just goes straight up like a helicopter. UAV; unmanned aerial vehicle, is an aircraft that flies without a pilot onboard but they can be controlling it from a distance. BVLOS; beyond-visual-line-of-sight, you can't see they aircraft with your eyes, this goes all the way up to controlling the aircraft from a completely different part of the world!
