# Avy

> Avy builds and operates long-range autonomous drone networks for organisations that need fast, reliable aerial coverage. Based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Avy's core product is the Avy Drone Network — a fully integrated system consisting of the Aera drone, a docking station, software, and a remote control centre. The system is designed to operate autonomously, beyond visual line of sight (BVLOS), without anyone needing to be on site. Clients include emergency services, port authorities, defence organisations, and humanitarian agencies.

## About Avy

Avy was founded by Patrique Zaman and is led by CEO Ben van der Hilst. The company is headquartered in Amsterdam with a team of 30+ people. Avy holds the first BVLOS LUC (Light UAS Operator Certificate) in the Netherlands, enabling fully remote drone operations without a pilot on site. Avy operates across Europe and internationally, including deployments in Africa and the Middle East.
